As of today, we have not heard back from the GI in Albuquerque. I am also waiting on Dr. H to fill out the paperwork for Pacen's melon allergy so the daycare can substitute melon with a different fruit when it is served that day. His reaction is mild, but irritating to him nonetheless. He gets hives and red blotchies around his mouth and face. Similar to how Merik reacted to Red Dye when he was little. He may have already faxed that to the CDC, I haven't checked. But anyways.
We have applied for the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) to help protect Pacen when we get orders to another base so they can station us closer to a pediatric gastroenterologist and be sure they have the medical support there that he needs. This program can also give us a reassignment within the next few months if the package is approved and the coordinator can get us closer. As to where that may be, just about anywhere. We won't know anything for several weeks - months. It will be a waiting game like usual. I will update as we get information!
Grandma & Grandpa Blair are coming to visit next week, and we are heading up to ABQ for the Balloon Fiest and to see Boyd, Wendy & the fam and have a mini Pacen birthday while we are with everyone up there. We are excited to see the Balloon Fiesta, we've been in New Mexico for 3 balloon seasons and have yet to really experience it!
Aunt Liz arrives on the 17th to visit for the weekend. Pacen has his 12 month Well Baby appointment w/ Dr. H and a GI appointment with Dr. Santos on the 18th. The 19th we are going to get everything ready for his party, and the 20th is Party Day! The 21st we are doing Halloween Pictures with our playgroup friends. It will be a fun and busy weekend!
They all wore the same outfit
He is such a big boy! These are 9-12 month size clothes!
Who is jealous of this fun?! At least the toilet had just been cleaned!
Merik was trying on a Halloween Mask!
