A picture is worth 1,000 words. Or in this case, TEN POUNDS!!! I just couldn't take it any longer and had to know his weight, so we went in and checked it yesterday afternoon at the clinic. We didn't have an appointment to see Dr. Harwood so we just used the scale to get an accurate weight since our scale is a dial.
As you can see, Pacen was thrilled about hitting 10 lbs 5 oz. He jumped up 1 lb 3 oz in 2.5 weeks. He is still following the same gain when he was on 24/25 calorie/ounce (he is still on 27 calories/ounce). The Zantac is still going well, he doesn't tolerate it on its own, but if I put the dose in a 1/2 ounce or so, he takes it perfectly. He is still on to see Dr. Santos on the 10th, and his 4 month well baby check up is the 22nd when we get to meet with Dr. Harwood and discuss Pacen's new plan of care. Little man is finally getting some meat on his bones. He is still the happiest kid ever :)
On a side note: Levi is recovering well from surgery & he goes for a follow up on the 10th!

Me: What does a cow drink?
Merik: Cows milk, seriously!
We talk about cows a lot on our way home from base, there is a field along the highway that has a handful of cows grazing on who knows what [desert], because it surely isn't grass!
Yay!!! Pacen gained weight, thats fantastic!

Jen, the picture is adorable and love his smile. Pacen is happy boy with his accomplishments.
