Sunday Fun Day

These past two weeks have been uneventful with doctor appointments, it is weird that we are not there visiting each week, since that has been our "normal" since Pacen was born. I was calculating how long it takes to make and prepare bottles each day between pumping, washing the bottles, and making the bottles for the next day. Total comes to...4 hours. I usually make 14 bottles containing 2 oz each. Pacen isn't really on any set schedule, but whenever he squawks, he gets fed, or at every two hours. Each 2 oz bottle gets 1.5 tsp of formula added to it so it is 27 calories per ounce. (regular breast milk/formula is 20 calories/ounce). After I wash all of the bottles, I get my assembly line and measuring spoons ready to go down the line pouring milk and adding the calories.

Tonight I am making spinach lasagna rolls, [recipe can be found here.] This will be a new recipe for us, it smells so yummy baking! Pacen helped me prepare everything riding around in the Ergo. That thing is a life saver to get anything done around the house when he wants to snuggle.

Comments are welcome to any posts, that way I know people are actually reading what I am typing, and not just talking to myself, haha!  Even if you just say "hey!" or "just checking in!" I'd love to read them!
