Imagine if your stomach feels full constantly (from the air) and you have to burp, but can't get it out. That's uncomfortable! Trying to push more food down, and bring he air up and out at the same time would be a disaster.
His 2nd session was flawless. He did really well, he ate 4 postage stamp sized pieces of ham, 8 pretzel sticks, a 4oz fruit pouch, and a cheese stick! He ate without refusal, gagging and retching. He did have all foods he likes though, but YEY for a good session!!
After feeding rehab, Pacen and I headed back to the hotel for a nap. Meanwhile, Levi and Merik slept in until 9:45, had lunch at Dion's and had some yummy pizza and then did some man stuff around town. When they got back from buzzing around town, Levi said he had a surprise for me... Now, that doesn't necessarily mean something fantastic, and I was totally expecting him to say that they picked up some feral cat along the freeway... But, I was pleasantly surprised that they washed and vacuumed the car. It looked so nice. We do spend A LOT of time in the car for Albuquerque trips. The kids are awesome car riders, definitely something to be thankful for!
